By using The Nile you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use The Nile.
3. Content
Historical content on The Nile is sourced from public domain works. Podcast and radio content is aggregated from publicly available RSS feeds. The Nile does not claim ownership of third-party podcast content. AI-generated voice recordings of historical texts are original works of The Nile.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to circumvent security measures, scrape or copy content without permission, impersonate other users or creators, or upload harmful content.
5. Intellectual Property
The Nile name, logo, app design, and AI-generated audio content are owned by The Nile. Historical texts are in the public domain. Third-party podcast audio remains the property of the respective creators.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Nile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Nile is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
